It would be helpful to come prepared with some photographs of the room and the location you would prefer the stove to be sited in, room sizes and external images for access purposes, would be appreciated too. Don’t worry if you are not able to, we can cover this off at the next stage.
Once we have your details and the next available site survey dates, we will contact you to check your availability and book you in.

One of the installation team will visit your property to complete an assessment of the room, considering what is in existence (if anything), if the chosen location is viable, the size of stove in terms of both dimensions and heat output, discuss aesthetics such as surrounds, beams, hearth etc, and access to the roof area, taking some measurements and making visual assessments based on our extensive experience.
Within two to three working days, you will receive an estimate which will include installation costs, your chosen appliance, or a choice of appropriate appliances, any plant hire that may be required and any trades that may be needed (perhaps to disconnect a gas supply and cap it off). We will also attach a copy of our Terms and Conditions.
Should any questions arise, our team will be happy to discuss them with you to ensure that you are making the right choices. Once the estimate has been accepted, and the deposit has been received, we can book in a date for the installation.
We will touch base with you prior to the installation date to go over everything, confirm the time the team will arrive on the day and confirm any particular requirements, including the removal/covering of soft furnishing and clearance of the immediate area.
The team will arrive, lay protective flooring covers, place dust sheets around the immediate area and work will commence.
Once installed the team will carry out a smoke test and commission the stove with you, going through a first light of the stove and all operating procedures to ensure that you are able to get the best performance from your new appliance.
